One of the first loft type living spaces in Vilnius, this project was meant to become a testing ground for new ideas, materials and solutions. The very space and layout of a former industrial building dictated an open-plan arrangement of functional zones as well as exposure of existing industrial structures. The rational use of a modest budget made it possible to create a functional and innovative living space.
The interior project of “Loft apartment in former radio technics factory” took the 1st Prize at the Golden Palette, also receiving an award for the original furniture at the “Interior of the Year ‘09”.
