Together with our clients, we have set the goal of creating a modern modular home system of high architectural level. To offer a home that does not feel like a temporary housing. It is for this system that we have developed the architectural construction rules, which will allow potential buyers while choosing a house to fit it almost independently to their needs without losing its architectural quality.
There are four home types created: micro, tiny, standard and freeform. This typology has its own internal combinatory logic, which allows to construct houses of various layouts. We have also been committed to giving the system a sense of individuality and exclusivity, so that people would feel they have bought a tailor-made home meeting their individual needs, rather than a faceless replicable object. For this purpose, we have used the individualizing matrix of exterior and interior finishes as well as engineering solutions. This modular home system is very flexible and can be adapted to different situations related to building plot and context. Finally, the very principle allows the system application for other purposes, including societal.
Four finishing materials are offered for exterior finishing: galvanized tin, calcined or thermowood siding, reeds, and vertically greened parapet. Thus, you can create your own individual combination by choosing wall and parapet finishes that can be all-over or combined.
There is a matrix of choice for three types of interior: solid, mix and combo. Solid is for people of a minimalist lifestyle. Here, all interior decoration and integrated furniture are in one material and color. It is most suitable for the micro and tiny homes. As for the mix system, it is possible to choose the perimeter of walls, ceilings and floors of one material and color and the integrated furniture system of another material and color. The combo is a combination of three finishes on all surfaces. In all cases, a homebuyer can choose bathroom finishes, plumbing equipment, lighting system, textiles, and non-integrative furniture (tables, chairs, etc.) from several options. These options allow you to fully personalize the interior without fear that someone could have a similar one.
It is possible to choose a system of accessories, i.e. shutters, terraces, sheds and outdoor pantries/cabinets attached to facades. These accessories are individually designed for this project.
The assembly and equipment of such homes implies selection of such construction materials that are environmentally friendly, less harmful to climate, less absorbing carbon dioxide. The interior finishing is free from volatile organic compounds and formaldehydes. The design observe the principle that homes must be sustainable and harmless to their residents.
It is essentially a unique, homebuyer friendly, time- and cost- saving system for design, construction and equipment of houses, featuring sustainability and modern architecture.
